Returned Orders
If you enter an incorrect shipping address at checkout Art 2 the Extreme is not responsible for any charges to replace your order.
Orders Damaged in Shipping
We do everything to ensure your Original Rainbow Crayons arrive at its destination in the same perfect condition it leaves our studio. Sometimes breaks happen. Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us at hello@art2theextreme.com within three days of delivery to report any issues so that we can evaluate the concern and make it right. We will gladly replace any items damaged in shipping. Remember to include your order number and photos for quick reference.
Return & Exchanges
Art 2 the Extreme® takes pride in our handmade crayons and provides a thorough description of our products. Each are unique and created with care. Please read detailed sizing, description, and images of products provided for each item. This will ensure that you are ordering the correct item since many of our Original Rainbow Crayons® come in multiple sizes and options. Do not assume sizing based on a photograph. All sales are final unless the item is different than the description or faulty. If you are unsatisfied in some way, please let us know, and we will happily address your concern.
We will accept exchanges on a case by case basis with the following guidelines:
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for shipping the returned item. All items must be returned new, unused, and in all original packaging. We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items returned with missing or damaged packaging are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please allow 10 business days for processing.

Please note that all sale items are final. Sale purchases are not available for refunds or exchanges.
