Shipping Information
Shipping options and cost are calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping cost is calculated based on weight, shipping options, & destination.
All orders currently have a processing time of 2-3 business days.
At time of shipping, all orders receive an email confirmation that includes tracking information.
Art 2 the Extreme continuously monitors all possible shipping delays and will communicate any changes as soon as we are made aware.
We currently ship to all US territories (APO/FPO/DPO addresses included) and Canada.
Economy:Typically arrives within 5-8 business days by USPS.
Priority: Typically arrives within 3-5 business days by USPS.
Expedited: Orders arrive within 2-3 days (only available for Continental US).

Please note that postal delays can happen at any time and we cannot guarantee shipping timeframes once orders leave our studio. Check estimated arrival time with your shipping carrier. Estimated delivery dates of not include a processing time of 2-3 days.
International - Orders shipping to Canada will arrive in approximately 7-14 business days. Art 2 the Extreme is not responsible for additional customs fees or delays while processing through customs.
Free Shipping - Free shipping is available on orders over $75. Gift cards and taxes do not qualify towards the minimum purchase threshold for free shipping. You must select the free shipping option or use the code SHIPFREE.
Tracking - Tracking is provided for all orders. Once your order has been processed, we will email you with all shipping details. If your tracking number states that your package was delivered, but are having trouble locating the package, here are some helpful tips before you reach out to us:
If you live in a house, check around your entire property. Mail carriers will minimize the risk of package theft by placing the package in a discreet area. Please check with your neighbors and directly with your carrier if a package has shown delivered, but you are unable to locate.
Check your tracking number to confirm your package was delivered to your address and not an access point or a hold for pick up.
If you live in a building with a mail room/package area/concierge, please confirm that the package is not in their possession.
USPS tracking sometimes lags. During high-volume mail seasons, delays in delivery and tracking updates happen. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking to update.
We will make sure you receive your order, but it is extremely helpful that you complete the above checks before reaching out.
Returned Orders - If you enter an incorrect shipping address at checkout, Art 2 the Extreme is not responsible for any charges to replace your order. We are happy to reship your order that has successfully been returned to us for and additional shipping cost.
Orders Damaged in Shipping - Sometimes breaks happen. We do everything to ensure your Original Rainbow Crayons® arrive at its destination in the same perfect condition it leaves our studio.
Contact us at nicole@art2theextreme.com within three days of delivery to report any issues. We will gladly replace any items damaged in shipping. Remember to include your order number and photos for quick reference.
Orders Confirmed Delivered, but Missing: Contact us at nicole@art2theextreme.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery to report any delivery issues. Buyer must complete checks with your carrier, local USPS location, and complete the missing help request/missing mail requests through USPS. Remember to include your order number, photos/documentation of communication with USPS, and Missing Mail reference number USPS will give you for missing packages, and any other important information. Order Cancelation - Orders that have already shipped cannot be altered or canceled. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to us at hello@art2theextreme.com . We cannot guarantee any changes or cancelations once your order has been completed. We are happy to make adjustments to orders that have not shipped.
