Small Custom Crayons
The small sized custom crayon shapes measure about 1.5" to 2" in width or height and about 1/2" thick depending on design.

The medium sized custom crayon shapes measure about 3" to 4" in width or height and about 1/2-3/4" thick depending on design.

How Custom Crayon Orders Work
How do I begin an order to created branded crayons or a custom crayon design?
- Fill out the Google form to request a custom crayon quote from Art 2 the Extreme®.
- We will contact you within about 1-3 business days with an estimate and followup questions.
- We create a custom mold concept and project estimate based on your needs and the graphic or logo you provide.
- Approve and pay the custom mold & tooling set up ($60).
- Decide if you would like a sample before production.
- We handcraft and ship your order according to the agreed upon timeline.
Optional Add-Ons
- Sample creation before production (includes mold tooling/set up, one crayon sample, and shipping to you)*
If you would like to see a physical crayon sample before placing a bulk order, we are happy to create and ship a one-time sample for review.
Custom samples are $80 and include the custom mold setup for the project, one crayon sample, and shipping. Samples typically ship within 7–10 business days after your final artwork is received.
*Should you choose to move forward with a bulk order after receiving your sample, a $25 credit will be applied toward your final production order.

Please note: Art 2 the Extreme® does not create or edit logo/design files. Final artwork must be provided in a clean black-and-white format as both a .PNG and .SVG file before production can begin.
Meet the Crayon Maker
Nicole Lewis is the founder of Art 2 the Extreme® and creator of the Original Rainbow Crayon®.
Before launching her business, Nicole worked as an elementary teacher where she began creating handmade crayons to solve real classroom challenges. Wanting art tools that were easier for little hands to hold while making creativity more fun and engaging, she started experimenting with custom crayon designs for her students.
What began as a classroom solution quickly grew into one of the first handmade crayon brands online. Nicole became the first artisan to create and sell handmade crayons online and has spent the last 18+ years handcrafting colorful crayons from her Indiana studio.
Today, Art 2 the Extreme® creates custom crayons for events, businesses, restaurants, schools, brands, and families looking to add a memorable and creative touch to their experiences.
Nicole is also an Etsy Design Award Finalist (Top 10 Kids Gifts on Etsy) and her colorful creations have been featured in hundreds of media outlets and collaborations over the years.
